PROCLAMATION OF WORLD LAW

FOR

MUNDIALIZED COMMUNITIES

(DELIVERED ON THE 44TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BOMBING OF HIROSHIMA AND NAGASAKI)

WHEREAS humanity is one, its world is one and its spirit is one; and

WHEREAS the specter of omnicide pervades its earthly existence, blaspheming wisdom, betraying common-sense, and poisoning the heart; and

WHEREAS the time has come for reason and good-will to flood the geo-political world, and

WHEREAS the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, proclaimed by the General Assembly on the United Nations, 10 December 1948, as a "common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations..." has codified individual, social, economic and political rights while confirming in art. 28 that a "social and international order" is an essential prerequisite for their full realization; and

WHEREAS the rule of world law is therefore recognized universally as imperative for the protection of inalienable human rights and fundamental freedoms; and

WHEREAS certain enlightened communities throughout the world, including both Hiroshima and Nagasaki, have declared themselves "Mundialized" in accordance with the Charter of Mundialization first adopted at Cahors, France on July 3, 1949; and

WHEREAS the process of Mundialization is a sovereign act by a given community in recognition of the essential oneness and interdependence of the world community of which the local community is an integral and dynamic part, of the commonality of civic behavior and of the primal requirements of local and global survival; and

WHEREAS mundialized communities thereby have entered into a legitimate and global social contract with each other thus transcending national restrictions and limitations; and

WHEREAS such a transcendent political contract at once exposes and abrogates the pretended condition of world anarchy condoned and perpetuated by the nation-state system; and

WHEREAS this overt global contract in effect recognizes and sanctions a condition of world law between the contractees thus meeting and fulfilling the essential conditions of world peace-making; and

WHEREAS the World Government of World Citizens, declared September 4, 1953 from the City Hall of Ellsworth, Maine by a stateless World Citizen, is the sovereign global authority serving politically to represent inalienable rights and freedoms for one and all,

NOW THEREFORE,

WHILE REAFFIRMING our citizenship of the world, and the legality of humanity itself,

WHILE ACKNOWLEDGING humbly our historic debt to our forefathers and mothers,

WHILE KEEPING faith with our children and unborn generations, thereby sanctifying our daily lives in the conviction that our human destiny is allied with Nature and the universe itself,

IN THE NAME OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OF THE WORLD,

By the authority vested in us as World Coordinator, we hereby declare all mundialized communities under the sovereign protection of world law represented by the World Government of World Citizens.
